Shaneika W

Shaneika Crooks is a dedicated educator with over 10 years of experience across primary, secondary and sixth form education. She specialises in exam preparation and curriculum development in maths, reading and English. In 2023–2024, all 13 of her 11+ pupils gained grammar school places, 22 pupils met or exceeded SATs standards, 9 GCSE students achieved grade 8 or above, and 4 A-level students performed strongly. Shaneika has mentored 2 BA students from Roehampton University this academic year and supported a school during a 2024 Ofsted inspection, which was rated Outstanding. She is committed to academic excellence and school improvement.

Primary Specialist

Cheniel D

Cheniel is an experienced educator who has supported pupils from Early Years to Year 6. She specialises in helping children achieve greater depth in SATs and succeed in 11+ exams. Cheniel is also confident in supporting SEND learners, particularly those with autism and ADHD, using inclusive strategies that build confidence and progress.

Tugba is a dedicated Primary Specialist with a strong focus on early reading, early mathematics, phonics, and key stage catch-up support. She has a proven track record of helping pupils build foundational literacy and numeracy skills, enabling them to make measurable progress. Tugba is particularly known for her ability to support pupils with additional needs in English lessons, offering targeted strategies that boost confidence and attainment. Her nurturing approach and subject expertise make her a valued educator.

Delores M

Delores M is a skilled Pastoral Care and ELSA specialist, dedicated to supporting student wellbeing, SEND, and mental health. As a Mental Health Ambassador, she promotes emotional resilience and inclusive practices. With a compassionate approach, Delores offers tailored support to pupils, families, and staff, helping to create a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

Business manager & Accountant

Marlette J

Marlette J is an accomplished Business Manager and Accountant with a strong track record in financial management and operational support. She oversees budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance, ensuring the organisation remains efficient and financially sustainable. With excellent analytical and organisational skills, Marlette supports strategic planning and resource allocation. Her attention to detail and commitment to accuracy make her an invaluable part of the team. Marlette plays a key role in driving business performance and maintaining the smooth day-to-day running of operations.
