CEO
Shaneika C
Shaneika Crooks is a dedicated educator with experience across primary, secondary and sixth form education. She specialises in exam preparation and curriculum development in maths, reading and English. In 2023–2024, all 13 of her 11+ pupils gained grammar school places, 22 pupils met or exceeded SATs standards, 9 GCSE students achieved grade 8 or above, and 4 A-level students performed strongly. Shaneika has mentored 2 BA students from Roehampton University this academic year and supported a school during a 2024 Ofsted inspection, which was rated Outstanding. She is committed to academic excellence and school improvement.
Primary Specialist
Cheniel D
Cheniel is a highly experienced educator with a proven track record of supporting pupils from Early Years through to Year 6. She specialises in preparing children for success in 11+ exams and is equally skilled in working with SEND learners, particularly those with autism and ADHD. Cheniel uses inclusive, child-centred strategies that build confidence, promote progress, and help every pupil reach their full potential.

Mike has a deep understanding of the GCSE and A Level curriculum. With a degree in Biology, he specialises in the science curriculum. He is widely respected for his ability to support pupils with a balanced approach that is both kind and diligent. Mike is known for fostering a positive learning environment while maintaining high academic standards, ensuring that students are both encouraged and challenged to reach their full potential.

Tugba is kind and friendly, handling the administrative side of things with care. She regularly contacts parents and checks in on pupils to ensure they are satisfied and well-supported.

She is a skilled Pastoral Care and ELSA specialist, dedicated to supporting student wellbeing, SEND, and mental health. As a Mental Health Ambassador, Delores ensures that Adoshan Consultancy actively promotes emotional resilience, mental health awareness, and inclusive practices. With a compassionate, evidence-informed approach, she provides tailored support to pupils, families, and staff, helping to create a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

Marlette J
Marlette J is an accomplished Business Manager and Accountant with a strong track record in financial management and operational support. She oversees budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance, ensuring the organisation remains efficient and financially sustainable. With excellent analytical and organisational skills, Marlette supports strategic planning and resource allocation. Her attention to detail and commitment to accuracy make her an invaluable part of the team. Marlette plays a key role in driving business performance and maintaining the smooth day-to-day running of operations.
